📋 Description

• Provide technical support for façade and firestopping solutions in compliance with industry standards and regulations • Translate customer requirements into practical Promat system solutions • Support projects throughout the technical case lifecycle, from design clarification and documentation through after-sales assistance • Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, drawings, and application guidance • Respond to technical enquiries from customers, architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and other internal stakeholders • Support the growth of FSI-Promat firestopping solutions in the UK and Promat façade solutions internationally • Liaise with external testing houses, certification bodies, and industry partners • Ensure technical recommendations are accurate, practical, and aligned with Promat product capabilities • Improve technical application processes and resources • Manage multiple projects and technical cases simultaneously and deliver timely resolutions • Maintain Promat’s technical reliability, innovation, and application excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in façade engineering, technical applications, or a similar construction/manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of façade systems, fire protection, and relevant industry standards • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and provide practical technical solutions • Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Customer-focused approach
