📋 Description

• Ensure timely remediation requests resolution according to SLAs and deadlines. • Understand Ethixbase platforms and report defects for platform problems. • Communicate professionally with clients about remediation outcomes and processes. • Own resolution of level 1 Remediation queries within agreed first response times. • Escalate high severity issues appropriately to L3 and line management.

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to Degree level with preferably one-year relevant working experience in a Due Diligence, Compliance, Research or Writing related roles. • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills particularly Mandarin and Spanish are a bonus • Concise and clear presentation skills • Proven track record in relationship and network building, including proactively helping others, working within and contributing towards effective teams
