📋 Description

• Assist to set the strategic direction for the Remediation team • Be accountable for the successful execution of all remediation services • Manage global workflows and ensure operational excellence • Grow the team’s capacity and capabilities • Collaborate across departments to drive innovation and client satisfaction • Maintain consistent delivery of high-quality remediation outputs with minimal rework • Ensure efficient workflow allocation that optimises team capacity • Support measurable improvement in QA and turnaround times • Build a cohesive, motivated team with strong technical and research capability • Reduce escalations through proactive coaching, clear guidance, and operational oversight • Contribute materially to the reliability and scalability of the Remediation function

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level education, preferably in compliance, business, international studies, or related field • 4+ years of experience in due diligence, compliance operations, remediation, or research-based roles • 1–2+ years experience supervising or mentoring junior staff • Strong understanding of remediation tools, alert resolution workflows, and risk classification • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, operational efficiency, and team development
