📋 Description

• Own the strategy, execution, and tracking of Linear TV and other channels to drive marketing performance in line with budget and goals • Track performance on a weekly and monthly basis and make adjustments to improve target KPIs • Partner with internal teams (e.g. Creative, Analytics, MarTech, Growth Product, Finance) to effectively drive all aspects of the channels you manage • Manage client partner relationships • Run analyses on channel performance and implement findings quickly • Demonstrate thought leadership by conducting tests, developing, presenting test results, and making recommendations for new processes and strategic tactics • Drive executive communications by presenting insights and forward-looking strategies in biweekly and quarterly meetings with senior leadership • Function as the expert across channels and stay up to date on industry/competitive trends and technologies, betas, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of success in-house at a high growth direct response B2C start-up. Fintech or Insuretech preferred • A deep knowledge of the landscape on Linear TV, and experience with one or more additional offline channels: OTT/ CTV, Radio, SiriusXM, Podcasts, Streaming Audio • Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment (ideally, experienced in startup companies) • Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leaders, drive cross-functional alignment, and build buy-in for high impact growth strategies • A minimum of 5 years of experience of direct response marketing experience with 3+ years managing performance Marketing campaigns at a high growth company where user acquisition was critical to the company’s growth • Advanced MS Excel and ability to work effectively with business intelligence tools (ex. Tableau) • Excited by the chance to both develop a marketing strategy and hands on optimization • Experience with adtech and data teams to prioritize your platform and measurement needs • Have a rigorous approach to testing, iterating, and implementing learnings.
