• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for D2C brands • Strong background in direct response advertising • Deep understanding of Meta & TikTok ad creatives • Experience scaling ads (not just launching them) • Strong copy instincts (hooks, headlines, CTAs) • Data-driven mindset with creative intuition • Ability to move fast, test fast, and learn fast
