📋 Description
• Own the end-to-end design experience across the platform • Lead and mentor the existing design team • Contribute directly to high-leverage design work • Build and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma • Run user research and usability testing • Track and own design's impact on product adoption and engagement
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2B SaaS • At least 2 years leading a design team • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design • Expert in Figma • Proven ability to lead research and translate findings into design decisions • Exceptional written and spoken English.
