📋 Description

• Own design across GAP and Navigator, from discovery through to delivery. • Set an exceptionally high bar on visual craft. • Set the same bar on product design fundamentals. • Design for both audiences. • Shape strategy with product and engineering. • Run discovery. • Prototype heavily, including with AI tools. • Evolve Euphoric’s design system, principles, and ways of working as the products grow. • Communicate decisions clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design • Experience working in B2B Enterprise products. • Exceptional at both halves of product design. • You’ve designed for products where multiple audiences matter equally. • Comfortable with complexity. • Self-sufficient by default. • Built for remote. • Comfortable building with AI yourself. • Strong product thinking. • Comfortable making decisions when the data is incomplete. • Able to move between strategic conversations with leadership and detailed production work with engineers. • Strong communicator. • Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
