📋 Description

• Own product design across GAP and Navigator from discovery through delivery • Set a high bar for visual craft and product design fundamentals • Design experiences for benefits teams using GAP and employees using Navigator • Shape product strategy, roadmap, opportunities, and problems with product and engineering • Run discovery through journeys, hypotheses, and research • Prototype extensively, including with AI tools • Evolve Euphoric’s design system, principles, and ways of working • Communicate design decisions, rationale, and evidence to stakeholders • Partner with product, engineering, and leadership as peers • Serve as the initial sole product designer across both products

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working in B2B Enterprise products • Proven track record designing and scaling complex, data-heavy B2B Enterprise platforms • Experience managing client configuration and dynamic tables • Exceptional visual craft: typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, and motion • Strong product design fundamentals: flows, IA, interaction, and systems thinking • Experience designing for products with multiple equally important audiences • 8+ years in product design • Portfolio of shipped work in complex, cross-functional environments • Ability to navigate complex systems and high-growth environments • Self-sufficient ability to turn vague briefs into shipped experiences • Comfortable working remotely and communicating openly • Ability to build prototypes with AI tools • Curiosity about emerging AI patterns • Strong product thinking connecting design to user needs, business outcomes, and commercial reality • Ability to make decisions with incomplete data • Ability to move between strategic leadership conversations and detailed production work with engineers • Strong communication skills • Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Required portfolio link
