📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and deliver new Android features • Participate in the full development lifecycle , including technical design, implementation, testing, experimentation, deployment, and analysis. • Review code and design documents , provide constructive feedback, and contribute to improving engineering standards and best practices. • Provide input on product requirements, UX decisions, and data tracking specifications. • Stay current with modern Android tools , frameworks , and methodologies , applying new knowledge to improve product quality and developer workflows. • Embrace shared ownership of the team’s mission and outcomes, contributing to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in native Android development using Kotlin • Experience with asynchronous programming using Coroutines • Strong working knowledge of REST APIs and web services using OkHttp and Retrofit • Advanced experience with Dependency Injection , particularly Dagger • Familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVI and MVP • Experience with Jetpack Compose or willingness to deepen expertise in Compose. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile test automation practices. • Foundation-level experience with Java (<3% of codebase). • Experience working in an Agile environment with strong autonomy. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset over the whole development lifecycle. • Advanced English skills (written and spoken), capable of collaborating in distributed teams.
