📋 Description
• Are you passionate about databases, data analysis, and data migration? We're looking for an agile and highly motivated Data Migration Engineer / Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Athens or work remotely. Join us and be a part of a professional team that leverages state-of-the-art technologies to deliver challenging IT software projects for major international public organizations. • Study, extract, and analyze data from various data sources, elaborating a quality data analysis • Create an inventory of all data that needs to be migrated • Provide technical support for the smooth and efficient data migration process • Create test cases for the migration testing and verification • Create relevant business and technical documentation • Automate the migration process through CI tools (e.g. Jenkins) • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of migrated data • Collaborate in a multinational environment, adhering to highly professional standards and methods.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in IT or other related fields • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Experience as a business/data analyst • Experience with modern database systems (MSQL, Postgres) • Software development experience using statistical computer languages (Python), including programming skills in JAVA and SQL • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • Experience with ETL (Extract, transform, load) and ELT methods, for data extraction and manipulation.
