📋 Description
• Develop the Lab operations both in terms of volume and process efficiency • Deliver high quality analysis services to external customers • Ensure high quality and timely delivery of service (in line with Eurofins Operational Excellence) • Drive lean organization and strive for efficiency • Meet the operational and financial targets as defined by the Group • Hold the Lab personnel responsibility with a clear focus on engagement and capability development • Direct leadership of the Lab management team including selection and performance management • Develop organizational culture aligned with Eurofins DNA and values • Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group Quality standards • Lead site (Malbork) covering microbiology, chemistry, sensory and milk testing and logistics hub
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in a related scientific discipline (e.g. life science) or business • At least 5 years of operations management experience (preferably with P&L accountability) • Experience from TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) nice to have but not required • Open to candidates with industrial / manufacturing / complex services backgrounds • Excellent communication skills • At least basic managerial P&L / financial acumen • Practical exposure to Lean and other Continuous Improvement methodologies • Critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills • Strong drive for results and hands-on way of working • Fluent Polish and English
