📋 Description
• Manage the global integrity compliance program and the quality management system. • Cultivate an environment where all teams respect corporate integrity and ethics. • Actively engage with operations to maintain and evolve processes related to the Code of Ethics. • Provide technical support to develop SOPs ensuring compliance with client requirements. • Oversee and set up global quality KPIs to measure service quality.
🎯 Requirements
• Significant knowledge of quality management systems; code of ethics compliance; and audit service streams. • General knowledge of risk management, auditing, and process management consulting concepts. • Demonstrated ability to perform internal audits (onsite/remotely) in different countries. • Master’s or advanced degree in Quality Management or a related field of study. • At least 5 years' experience in quality management service and auditing. • ISO 9000 Certification desirable. • Ability and/or Skills as outlined above.
