📋 Description

• Expand Eurofins' business and profitability; promote intercompany sales in Brazil and abroad; • Seek overall satisfaction of regional customers; expand the Eurofins brand through marketing initiatives; • Develop sales and marketing activities of the Business Unit to achieve sales targets and EBIT growth in the region; • Continuously improve the efficiency of intercompany sales by selecting the best partners among Eurofins laboratories and pursuing new opportunities; • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to understand their moves, pricing and strategies, and introduce changes when necessary; • Participate in the development of the company Strategic Planning and in preparing the department budget, ensuring achievement of the sales objectives set therein and observing the company's commercial policies; • Prospect and visit regional customers to ensure retention of the company's client portfolio; • Visit key clients to drive new business, supporting the team in the final stages of the sale and guiding its processing; • Track projects in the portfolio to identify business opportunities; • Safeguard the company's institutional image (internal and external audiences); • Monitor sales targets and performance indicators; • Prepare results reports, identifying the need for adjustments to policies and strategies to achieve company goals; • Develop strategies to support the company's growth; • Maintain and update networking by contacting former clients and partners, developing new contacts, promoting the company name and products, and closing new business; • Evaluate the financial viability of new products by defining price, margin and payback; • Promote regional sales and logistics strategies to overcome distance-related challenges; • Conduct workshops, conferences, trade shows and internal meetings to promote the Eurofins brand; • Actively participate in client meetings and events to develop a deep understanding of their needs; • Assess whether analyses should be internalized or carried out as intercompany sales within the Eurofins group; • Foster commercial interaction between Business Units; • Recruit, motivate, develop and retain excellent employees who match Eurofins' desired profile; • Responsible for managing the managerial team of a given region; • Define, communicate and agree targets with the team. Establish customer-focused KPIs to monitor progress. Appropriately follow up and become directly involved in activities if necessary to achieve objectives; • Improve the team's technical capabilities by ensuring appropriate development, training and implementation of new processes; • Ensure that all managed team members know and execute internal procedures and process flowcharts; • Review customer contracts; • Attend industry trade shows and events to stay updated on new markets and technologies; • Perform other related duties as required or at the discretion of your superior.

🎯 Requirements

• Required education: Completed Specialization/MBA or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Food Science, Agronomy, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science (Zootecnia), Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, Marketing, Business Administration or Business Management. • Languages: Fluent English and advanced Spanish. • Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office; CRM; Strong knowledge of the chemical and/or environmental testing market; People management skills; Negotiation techniques; Sales techniques; Marketing and product promotion knowledge; Familiarity with chemical environmental testing routines; Knowledge of current environmental legislation.
