📋 Description
• Attend pre-booked appointments at various locations generally within a 2-hour radius from home • Provide a professional hair, nail, blood and DNA sample collection service • Maintain and develop excellent relationships with clients, donors • Implement the requirements of the company Quality Management System and help maintain ISO17025 accreditation • Ensure all collections are undertaken safely following required operating procedures • Provide statements to support legal proceedings at point of sample collection • Completion of all company mandated training
🎯 Requirements
• Must be professionally qualified Phlebotomist • Recent experience in various venepuncture techniques (predominately vacutainer and butterfly) • Full UK Driving Licence and own access to a vehicle with business insurance • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Phlebotomy, post qualification • Subject to regular enhanced DBS checks • Desirable: Experience in working within the NHS / Blood Service
