• Lead the finance systems roadmap, operations and improvement of finance products • Work with Finance leadership and senior stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into actions • Ensure stability of day‑to‑day finance systems while driving transformation • Build strong relationships and adapt quickly to evolving business needs • Champion the effective use of technology including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations • Operate across day‑to‑day operational ownership and strategic change initiatives • Balance BAU stability with forward‑looking transformation • Collaborate with senior Finance stakeholders and technology partners
• Proven experience delivering and supporting finance technology solutions in a complex environment • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including core finance modules • Broad experience in finance transformation, process optimisation and automation initiatives • Understanding of AI‑driven or automated workflows and how these can enhance finance operations • Ability to balance strategic product ownership with hands‑on operational responsibility • Effective vendor and contract management experience, including oversight of offshore or near‑shore teams • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior finance leaders • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to turn insights into action • Clear, concise communication skills focused on business impact
