📋 Description
• Demonstrating outstanding communication and technical problem solving • Partner with the Production, Directors, and Development teams across multiple locations to drive projects forward • Own, build, maintain, and execute project plans to determine resource and scheduling needs for multiple teams and/or larger areas of the game, focusing on quality of life for developers and the quality of what we release to our players
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with strong applied technical knowledge • At least five years in Production, Development, or Project Manager roles within live service • Excellent communication and organizational skills (timekeeping, scheduling, etc.) with a ‘how can I help’ approach • Excellent project management skills, specifically with dev ops and release frameworks • Experience working with live releases and first party certification frameworks • Excellent level of written and spoken English • Passion for developing video games • JIRA and Confluence expertise, with experience using metrics to drive improvement • Experience working with different production methodologies
