📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients in the region applying for, providing expertise and guidance on Eventus solutions • Support customers during pre-sales and post-sales processes, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing usage of the platform • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to address customer requirements and enhance product offerings • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working proactively to minimize downtime and disruptions for clients • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention • Deliver technical training and onboarding for new clients to maximize product adoption and value • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to advise clients on best practices and compliance strategies • Document technical solutions, case studies, and customer feedback to enhance internal knowledge sharing and improve service delivery • Represent Eventus at industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote solutions and engage with potential customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in capital markets at a bank, exchange, brokerage or similar or at a fintech supporting these clients • Demonstrated knowledge across multiple financial asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, futures, FX, or digital assets) • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar client-facing technical role • Strong understanding of capital markets, trade surveillance, and regulatory compliance requirements • Technical expertise in software solutions, APIs, system integrations, and troubleshooting methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience working within the EMEA region and understanding of local financial market regulations preferred • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
