📋 Description

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript to build scalable solutions for complex business requirements. • Design and implement custom objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, workflow, process builder, and flow. • Develop and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. • Ensure high levels of data quality, security, and integrity, building scalable data models that support accurate reporting and analytics. • Work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and stable features. • Manage code deployments across environments using industry-standard tools and enforce best practices for code quality and testing. • Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges to continuously enhance Salesforce at EvenUp.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer or Consultant in a high-growth SaaS environment, with a strong focus on supporting GTM functions. • Deep expertise in developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Visualforce. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, best practices for performance tuning, and security models. • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Proficiency in SOQL and ability to write efficient queries for large data volumes. • An active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is highly preferred, or comparable demonstrated expertise. • A keen sense of ownership, urgency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
