📋 Description

• Frame business problems, gather and model data, pressure-test conclusions, and present recommendations directly to leadership • Structure broad and undefined questions, determine data requirements, and drive analyses independently • Build business cases, financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards used by founders and executives • Identify operational bottlenecks, design improved processes, and help implement them across teams • Coordinate stakeholders and drive special projects from kickoff to delivery • Prepare strategy documents, performance reviews, and investment memos • Distill complex analysis into concise, evidence-backed executive narratives • Work directly with founders and the executive team on an AI companionship platform serving more than 50 million users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field • 2–4 years at a Big4 or equivalent top-tier consulting firm in a Strategy or Operations practice • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, sensitivity tables, and complex formulas • Ability to build financial models, business cases, and analyses from scratch • Ability to create clean, executive-ready PowerPoint decks • Ability to structure ambiguous problems using hypotheses and identify data to prove or disprove explanations • Comfortable scoping work independently and driving it in a remote setting • Fully fluent in English • Comfortable working with products based on uncensored models and content • Regular daily overlap with Central European Time (CET) • Willing and able to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
