📋 Description

• Report to and work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer • Assist in daily management of paid acquisition channels and DSPs including Meta, TikTok, and Google • Support scalable acquisition funnels through tracking implementation and data insight gathering • Prepare ad concepts, organize creative assets, and set up audience tests • Monitor campaign and funnel performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards • Flag critical changes and performance anomalies • Pull, clean, and organize CPA, ROAS, and retention data for weekly and monthly reviews • Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards • Support creative briefings with performance data and recommendations for asset changes • Collaborate with Product and Content teams on landing-page launches and testing cycles • Run A/B tests on landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates • Document and implement systems to accelerate creative testing and reduce fatigue • Build initial rapport with traffic-source representatives and assist with communications and performance reporting • Research and document new acquisition opportunities, networks, formats, and tools • Monitor advertising-platform rules, policy changes, and algorithm shifts • Execute campaign changes to scale budgets while maintaining CAC and ROAS targets • Support tracking and ad setup for launching new advertising platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition • Basic understanding of major advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google • Ability to quickly learn and master new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data/Excel • Ability to identify effective ad hooks and translate data into creative briefs • Good communication skills • Fluent in English • Motivated, accountable, action-oriented, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn • Knowledge of basic online marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, and CPA is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with analytics or tracking tools such as GA4 or Voluum is a nice-to-have • Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals such as dating, femtech, or telehealth is a nice-to-have • Comfortable working with creatives/ads for products in the adult/18+ AI companionship space • Legally authorized to work in the candidate's country of residence • Willing and able to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
