📋 Description

• Conceptualize scripts based on current production needs and existing AI characters/IPs • Create narrative-driven, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals • Own end-to-end AI video production from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, and post-production • Use Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to create visual sequences • Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives • Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction • Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques and share knowledge with the team • Follow the Content Lead's creative direction while retaining autonomy in execution and technical decisions • Refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality • Report to the Content Lead • Create content for EverAI's AI companionship platform, Candy AI, serving 50 million users

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art • Strong portfolio; AI-driven video work is required • Hands-on experience with current AI video tools and models, including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar • Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language • Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences • Fluent in English • Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content • High ownership and ability to execute independently • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving tools • Curious, self-driven, and open to feedback • Bonus: experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking • Bonus: background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or colour grading • Bonus: familiarity with training/customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, and fine-tuning • Bonus: experience in adult, dating, or adjacent creative industries • Bonus: experience with ComfyUI • Bonus: experience with Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, and inpainting • Must be legally authorized to work in the candidate's country of residence • Portfolio links to a best narrative film or video and AI vertical mini-series episodes required in the application
