📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent • Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide • Conduct thoughtful outreach and networking with passive candidates • Support implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels • Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally • Own the candidate journey from discovery call through final close • Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment • Provide concise, actionable interview summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership • Improve hiring workflows with Founders and Team Leads • Contribute to employer branding, recruitment process innovation, sourcing strategies, and other talent acquisition initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment • At least 2 years in tech recruitment • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment • Global sourcing experience attracting talent from major tech hubs, including USA, EU, and LATAM • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools • Strong communication and collaborative skills • Perfect fluency in English • Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment • Doer mindset and ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy • Humble, willing to learn, and open to feedback • Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content
