📋 Description

• Review project specifications with the Product Manager • Prepare integration plans, breakdowns, and estimations • Implement code hands-on • Create and review pull requests • Conduct code reviews and testing • Help define the product roadmap • Identify technical solutions for customers • Run experiments and introduce new ideas • Collaborate with the Tech Lead, CTO, Product team, engineering team, web developers, SREs, and data scientists • Build and scale EverAI's AI companionship products for millions of users

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer • 5+ years of experience in tech scale-ups or similarly agile and fast-paced environments • 5+ years of experience on large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users • Strong communication and collaborative skills • Perfect fluency in English • Ownership and commitment • Doer mindset, balancing software craftsmanship and velocity • User-centricity and commitment to excellent user experience • Comfort building products based on uncensored models and content • Ruby and Ruby on Rails (latest) • PostgreSQL and Redis • Hotwire (Turbo and Stimulus) • Tailwind CSS • Bonus: experience or interest in data science and generative AI, including NLP, ML, or MLOps • Bonus: experience working with globally distributed teams • Ability to work Monday to Friday at standard Central European Time (CET) • Legal authorization to work in the applicant's country of residence • Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
