📋 Description

• Own the product and technical delivery of compliance and safety initiatives across EverAI platforms • Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work • Drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation, testing, launch, and continuous improvement • Improve in-house moderation systems, including the EverGuard proprietary LLM technology • Partner with Engineering and AI/ML teams on detection capabilities, moderation rules, thresholds, and interventions for user inputs and AI-generated outputs • Lead the lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships from needs identification and provider evaluation through implementation, testing, rollout, and performance management • Establish safety dashboards and recurring QA to identify emerging issues and ensure safety measures work as intended • Own red teaming and adversarial testing for moderation systems and product safeguards • Track testing findings through remediation, retesting, and closure • Establish and run Trust & Safety reviews for new features and material changes to existing features, models, and integrations • Identify foreseeable misuse, affected users, and appropriate safeguards during product design • Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety incidents with incident management, policy, and user support colleagues • Work directly with the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead • Shape the development of the safety product function

🎯 Requirements

• Experience making data-driven product decisions using metrics • Experience running A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research • Ability to assess risks associated with user-generated content, transactions, and interactions • Ability to translate risks into policies, trackers/dashboards, and strategic planning aligned with legal and ethical standards • Understanding of scalable content moderation, including automation, machine learning, human review, and user reporting • Experience working with trust and safety and compliance requirements for consumer-facing products • Cross-functional experience with engineering, legal, operations, and customer support • Fully fluent and comfortable in English • Comfortable working with and leveraging AI tools • Ability to test and autonomously manage third-party tools and integrations • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to independently investigate, build, test, and learn • Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content • Comfortable reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated content and NSFW material • Professional experience or interest in AI is a bonus • Previous legal/compliance education is a bonus • Experience with consumer-facing features, particularly in entertainment or gaming, is a bonus • Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
