📋 Description

• Define and communicate a bold product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs • Build business cases and strategies for your area, shaping the broader product direction • Own the roadmap and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes • Align team initiatives with annual OKRs and long-term mission • Prioritize work based on customer and business impact, not just feature output • Establish clear mechanisms for data-driven trade-offs and decision-making • Become an expert on our users and market dynamics • Lead customer discovery, interviews, and usability testing • Translate insights into innovative, high-value solutions • Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely, high-quality releases • Run and ship experiments that test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and accelerate learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS • Experience running and shipping experiments in live products • PLG experience is a plus • Payments/FinTech experience is a plus • Understanding of SMB workflows in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and product performance drivers • Proven ability to deliver features/products that drive revenue and engagement • Strong individual contributor with the ability to own outcomes end-to-end • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM, leadership) to deliver outcomes • Excellent communicator, able to engage both stakeholders and senior leadership • Proficiency with agile, product/PLG tools (Jira, Productboard, Optimizely, Amplitude, Looker, Heap, etc.) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple initiatives.
