• Champion our users by advocating for their needs and turning insights into meaningful product decisions • Plan and run a variety of research studies, including interviews, field studies, usability testing, surveys and more • Recruit and engage participants, building rapport to uncover honest thoughts, emotions and behaviours • Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that guide product strategy and design • Create artefacts like personas, journey maps and insight summaries to build shared understanding across teams • Present insights to stakeholders and influence decision-making at every level • Own and prioritise the research roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with project-based needs • Help grow UX research capability across the business by guiding teams, sharing best practices and establishing a research repository
• 7+ years’ experience (ideally including SaaS) with a strong, demonstrable portfolio • Builds and maintains outcomes-focused research operations and communities of practice • Coaches and mentors colleagues in UX research craft • Delivers high-quality generative, discovery and validation research with pragmatic, evidence-based insights • Designs robust, bias-aware studies using a range of quant/qual methods • Translates complex behaviours and systems into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy and roadmaps • Tells compelling user stories that build empathy and influence stakeholders • Sees across complex systems and identifies cross-product value opportunities • Brings a growth mindset and humility.
