📋 Description

• Further develop and maintain our disk-imaging core in C • Perform system-level work in the Windows kernel and file-system environment • Ensure stability and data integrity on running and production systems • Further develop security-critical components, including encryption • Optimize the performance of memory- and I/O-intensive code • Work closely with the development team on architectural decisions for our storage and backup solution

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in system-level C development • Experience with low-level Windows programming, for example in kernel, driver, or file-system environments • Strong understanding of memory management and performance-critical code • Experience working with running and production systems where stability is critical • Independent, meticulous approach to work and willingness to learn new topics • Enjoyment of technical depth rather than rapid feature stacking • Strong communication skills, including in remote settings and small teams • Very good written and spoken German, as well as good English skills • Knowledge of the Windows Driver Kit (WDK) and/or driver development • Experience with storage or backup software • Knowledge of cryptography and encryption methods • Experience with industrial OT environments or industrial PCs • Basic knowledge of Linux • Experience with cloud environments, such as Azure or AWS • Legally authorized to work in Germany
