📋 Description

• Own infrastructure deployments for new capacity or site expansions end-to-end • Manage hardware vendor and OEM dependencies, architecture updates, compute platform foundations work, commissioning gate framework definition, and first customer cluster delivery • Lead Deployment Phase 0 by defining firmware version targets, commissioning gate criteria, and the DRI matrix • Manage dependencies across hardware generations and parallel production and capacity expansion programs • Prevent competing demands for engineering resources without a plan • Own real-time execution dashboards • Deliver data-driven executive updates that surface decision elements • Govern cross-organizational dependencies without waiting for escalation authority • Coach junior TPMs on technical depth, risk identification, and executive communication • Drive AI tool integration across programs to improve program tracking, risk detection, and executive communication

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, working fluency with GPU and accelerator architecture across hardware generations • Knowledge of firmware lifecycle, including driver stacks and BIOS/BMC • Knowledge of compute orchestration, SDN, storage, networking, leaf-spine topology, ZTP, fabric commissioning, and monitoring/observability • Direct hardware partner engagement and personal ownership of GPU or OEM certification and validation timelines • Active daily use of AI tools for risk detection, dependency mapping, data analysis, and executive communication • 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager • Track record of owning infrastructure deployment programs end-to-end at a hyperscaler, GPU cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company • Ideally, direct experience in large-scale capacity expansion projects • Ability to define deployment engagement models from scratch and implement them across engineering organizations • Track record of driving cross-organizational alignment at VP/SVP level without formal authority • Exceptional written and verbal communication for clear, data-driven, decision-oriented executive updates • Experience defining or substantially redesigning a commissioning gate framework is a bonus • Experience coaching or developing junior TPMs is a bonus
