📋 Description

• Lead business development initiatives, identifying and acquiring new clients and projects (approx. 70% of role) • Utilize CRM tools to support commercial prospecting and maintain a qualified resource pool • Develop and present commercial offers in response to calls for tender • Manage existing client portfolios and drive momentum in assigned territories • Support service delivery by monitoring performance, scheduling, time management, and team career development • Oversee client relationships: needs assessment, pricing, timelines, contracts, and resource allocation • Handle client invoicing and financial aspects of projects • Identify and implement strategies for territory growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field • 2-5 years of experience (Level of Experience: 2-5 years) • Proven track record in sales, particularly in service-based industries • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong analytical and listening abilities • Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative team spirit • Experience with CRM tools and commercial prospecting • Experience managing client invoicing and financial aspects of projects
