📋 Description

• Regular audits of hardware inventory (end-user devices & infrastructure) with Active Directory verifications. • Implementation and optimization of asset management tools (ServiceNow, Lansweeper, GLPI, etc.). • Full lifecycle management of IT assets: procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement. • Support for one-off events: migrations, relocations, mergers. • Analysis and continuous improvement of the asset management process. • Close collaboration with internal teams and vendors. • Training and awareness-raising for teams on asset management. • Contribution to cross-functional projects and IT initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree equivalent to Bac +3 or higher • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) projects and IT asset/inventory management • Proficiency in ServiceNow (HAM module), BMC Helix Discovery, SolarWinds, SysAid and Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, analysis) • ITIL v4 certification • Familiarity with workflow management and request handling tools • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Curious, autonomous and assertive • Fluent in English
