📋 Description

• Identify new business opportunities and build a portfolio of clients across various sectors • Understand clients' needs and propose tailored, high-value solutions • Participate in the recruitment of consultants in collaboration with HR teams • Support your consultants throughout their assignments and ensure their satisfaction • Oversee projects to guarantee their proper execution • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants for any questions or issues • Contribute to the definition and execution of commercial action plans • Take part in market monitoring and strategic discussions to position the IT services company (ESN) as a leading player

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (business school or engineering school) • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer, ideally within an IT services company (ESN) • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills • Knowledge of IT roles and the challenges faced by IT services companies • Strong interpersonal skills, good listening abilities, and the capacity to build long-term partnerships
