📋 Description

• In line with our clients’ strategy and priorities, you will help define a tailored change support approach • After conducting a diagnostic to assess resistance to change and impacts on company culture, organization, processes and tools, you will contribute to: • Implementing the levers needed to mobilize and sustainably engage stakeholders (communication, support and training) • Leading and coordinating the actions in the change support plan • Evaluating the mechanisms put in place and adjusting actions as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent • Significant experience in a similar role • Proficiency in change management methodologies • Rigorous and flexible • Strong written communication skills and verbal ease • Autonomous and proactive, able to take initiative • Known for your ability to bring teams together and secure their buy-in • Very good level of English
