📋 Description

• Independent feature development from idea to finished product: You are given a goal, for example “We need a dashboard for the sales team,” and you deliver the result—database, business logic, and user interface. • AI-assisted software development as standard: AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot are not experiments but core tools in our daily development. You use them every day and deliberately to develop faster, more efficiently, and with higher quality. • Further development and optimization of existing software: You don’t only build new features—you also understand existing code, identify opportunities for improvement, and evolve systems strategically. • Integration of external systems and interfaces: Many of our features require connecting third-party services, whether email, calendar, telephony, or payment providers. You design and implement these integrations so they are reliable and maintainable. • Designing thoughtful database structures: You understand how business processes translate into clean data models and design database architectures that not only work today but also scale with growing requirements. • Responsibility for clean, secure, and maintainable code: Quality is not optional. You write code that will still be understandable and extensible in two years and ensure technical debt is avoided from the start. • Autonomous work with true ownership: We set goals, not step-by-step instructions. You work independently, communicate proactively, and propose improvements without waiting for direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Impressive personal projects or work results: This is the most important thing for us. No degree or certificate replaces a portfolio that shows you can actually build things. We want to see what you’re proud of and which technical challenges you’ve overcome. • Demonstrably effective AI workflow: You use AI-coding tools daily and can clearly explain how they improve your development process. • Ability to understand business logic and translate it into software: We build (for example) a CRM for sales teams. You need to understand why a feature is needed, not just how to implement it technically. • Quick comprehension and willingness to learn: Tools, frameworks, and best practices change constantly. We’re looking for someone who quickly learns new technologies and stays curious rather than doing the same thing for years. • Initiative and ownership mentality: You take responsibility for your results, think ahead, and don’t wait to be told the next step. • Experience with our tech stack (desirable): We work with Next.js/React, TypeScript, and Supabase. Prior experience is a plus but not a requirement. • Cloud experience (desirable): We use multiple cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. A basic understanding of cloud infrastructure is definitely helpful. • Relevant degree or training (desirable): A degree or vocational training in computer science, application development, or a related field is welcome. However, career changers with a strong portfolio are equally welcome.
