📋 Description

• Manage the NAVLIN Daily team producing daily pharmaceutical policy, pricing, and reimbursement news • Lead policy intelligence covering MFN tracking and insights, global pricing and reimbursement monitoring, and custom intelligence trackers • Oversee timely delivery of policy intelligence services, including responses to breaking policy changes and client support • Translate complex policy developments into clear, actionable, high-quality, commercially relevant client insights • Serve as senior subject matter expert across cross-functional teams • Present policy insights to biopharma clients and lead client briefings, webinars, and other client-facing activities • Support business development by identifying market opportunities, building client relationships, supporting business cases and proposals, and partnering with commercial teams • Contribute to EVERSANA consulting engagements, including pricing and market access strategy and policy impact assessments • Explore and implement AI and automation to improve policy tracking, insight generation, synthesis, efficiency, scalability, and development of AI-enabled products and services • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in health policy, market access, pricing & reimbursement, or related fields • Analytical mindset • Strong understanding of the global pharmaceutical policy landscape • Strong understanding of pricing and access dynamics, including MFN and similar frameworks • Proven experience in client-facing roles (consulting, advisory, or industry) • Proven experience translating complex policy into business implications • Strong communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with data analytics or AI-enabled workflows • Skills in prompt writing, reducing hallucinations, validating AI answers, and evaluating multiple AI models • Experience using AI to generate datasets, PPTs, briefs, meeting summaries, and manage workflows • Ability to create and run AI agents appropriate to the role • Preference for U.K.-based candidates; applications from Germany, Italy, Spain, and Ireland also considered
