• Bachelor’s or higher-level university degree in a medical or life science-related field such as biology, biochemistry, physiology, epidemiology, pharmacology, or health economics • A minimum of four (4) years’ direct work experience in evidence synthesis, health economics, health technology assessment, or a related field • Requisite for at least 3 years’ experience with conducting structured/targeted and/or systematic literature reviews • Knowledge of industry standards and guidelines (eg, PRISMA, Cochrane) • Knowledge of various health technology assessment agency standards and guidelines (eg, CDA, NICE) • Detailed understanding of the steps in a structured/targeted and systematic literature review • Strong attention to detail • Strong basis in fundamental evidence synthesis concepts and methods • Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities • Ability to communicate effectively (spoken and written), in non-technical terms, with project team members and clients • Work well in a team as well as independently and be able to take leadership role with regard to methodological elements in projects • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, demands, and timelines in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to manage personal and project team members’ time across competing projects • Ability to identify and respond to different communication and work styles of team members and contractors • Demonstrated leadership, teambuilding and team-motivating skills • Demonstrated planning and decision-making skills • Proven relationship building capabilities; developing and maintaining strong client relationships, effectively interacting with peers
