📋 Description
• Process and audit payrolls across Europe • Partner with local HR to facilitate the collection and processing of documentation • Partner with payroll vendor(s) for timely and compliant filing for statutory reporting • Act as the main point of contact for all employees’ payroll-related inquiries • Support Corporate Headquarters with research on local laws and customs • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting, HR, or job-related field • 3+ years Payroll experience, preferably with multiple European countries • Proficient in statutory requirements, including, but not limited to: social insurance, tax, work rules, and statutory reporting • Business-level command of English (both spoken and written) • Ability to execute tasks and meet critical deadlines • Superior customer service delivery when communicating with employees • High level of attention to detail and meticulous follow-through • Proficiency with payroll software
