• Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions • Accountable for developing reporting, analytics, and insights solutions for clients • Lead a team of analysts in developing actionable reporting, analytics, and insights • Support clients and business partners through operational excellence and effective decision-making • Develop and deliver effective, persuasive presentations to demonstrate value
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or health policy or STEM or business • 12+ years of overall experience focused on healthcare data, especially patient-level data • Expert level in SQL, Tableau, Power BI • Hands-on Data Science (machine learning) and Python – modeling building programming experience
