📋 Description

• Own the process of developing real, rounded, actionable, and impactful insights • Lead Directors and their teams toward strategic excellence • Partner with Creative Leaders, Group Account Directors, and subject matter experts • Shape and evolve the Strategic Planning department for changing digital demands • Integrate traditional marketing knowledge with digital trends and client needs • Foster collaboration across teams and departments • Develop and mentor team members and future leaders • Explore innovative ways to help clients thrive in the digital world • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with client goals and market trends • Maintain expertise in industry trends and best practices • Demonstrate inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of Account Planning experience • Seasoned leader with experience leading a department or managing a large account with a sizeable team • Consensus builder with vision to create roadmaps guiding planning-based programs • Deep appreciation of the digital space • Practical digital activation experience required • Proven techniques to influence planning processes • Master storyteller with compelling communication style • Ability to educate, counsel, and inspire planning team members, clients, and agency stakeholders on emerging trends • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising required • Agency experience required • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, inclusive behaviors, and proactive bias management
