📋 Description
• Manage monthly task assignments and workflows in Monday.com • Prioritize and delegate client requests and SEO-related tasks • Track deadlines, progress, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality • Support new client kickoff calls and coordinate internal next steps • Work closely with SEO, QLT, and CSM teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain consistency • Help improve processes and maintain documentation across the department
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar tools • Familiarity with SEO workflows and deliverables • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities • Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to function in a dynamic and challenging environment • Relevant Fields of Study: Marketing, Design or STEM Disciplines
