📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects from planning through go-live • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies • Coordinate functional and technical teams across workstreams • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and steering committee sessions • Manage client expectations and align business requirements with project objectives • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and governance processes • Support change management, testing, deployment, and go-live activities • Travel when required to support client engagements and project milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) projects • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, project governance, and delivery best practices • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills • Fluent Italian is mandatory • Professional proficiency in English • Willingness and availability to travel within Europe when required • Ability to work remotely from a European location • Availability for a contract of at least 6 months
