📋 Description

• Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of non-Salesforce RevTech tools (e.g. Gong, QuotaPath, ABM platforms, enablement tools) • Act as the technical SME for the RevTech ecosystem, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between RevTech systems and Salesforce, ERP, and other core platforms • Help move the organisation away from point-to-point integrations towards a more scalable, centralised integration architecture • Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to translate business requirements into system solutions • Support key revenue processes such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle management • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency • Ensure accurate and timely data flows between systems to support reporting and analytics • Establish and maintain standards for system configuration, documentation, and change management • Ensure appropriate access controls, compliance, and auditability across the RevTech stack

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience administering and supporting RevTech / commercial systems (e.g. Gong, QuotaPath, Outreach, Salesloft, ABM platforms, etc.) • Strong experience designing and managing system integrations across SaaS platforms • Hands-on experience with integration tools (e.g. Mulesoft, Workato, Dell Boomi, Tray.io, or similar) • Solid understanding of CRM-centric architectures, with Salesforce as a core system • Understanding of Einstein Conversation Insights (ECI) and its position in the RevTech landscape • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS) • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
