📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers • Own the process by which product and feature work is prioritized, scoped, and scheduled • Define and drive the product roadmap • Serve as DRI for the quality and integrity of all apps and products • Champion the product and its users across the organization • Build and maintain close partnerships with Engineering and Marketing • Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback post-launch • Collaborate with executive leadership on annual and quarterly planning

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile products • at least 3 years in a leadership role managing other PMs • Demonstrated track record of taking new products from zero to market and driving adoption at scale • Proven ability to define and communicate product vision • Experience partnering closely with engineering and design • Data-driven decision-maker with experience defining and tracking product KPIs, retention, engagement, and growth metrics • Excellent communicator
