âą Implement Salesforce solutions, working directly on the configuration and parameterization of the platform. âą Participate in meetings with business areas to discuss solutions. âą Collaborate with the development team and other teams to implement solutions. âą Support requirements gathering and analysis with users and business stakeholders.

âą Basic Salesforce administration knowledge: creating fields, objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards. âą Experience or familiarity with automations using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflows to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. âą Experience with Salesforce clouds. âą Understanding of data modeling and relationships. âą Experience working in agile projects (Scrum and Kanban), actively participating in planning meetings, demos, and retrospectives. âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. âą Technical English for reading documentation.
