📋 Description

• Own and lead the Agriculture program strategy • Drive state and national government partnerships • Manage delivery partner relationships • Design and oversee scaling pilots • Translate across stakeholders • Build and lead the agriculture team • Drive learning and quality • Operate in ambiguity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a builder in international development • Strong preference for direct experience in agriculture, weather forecasting, or rural last-mile delivery • Demonstrated success leading agriculture programs from idea to scaled delivery • Experience managing multi-stakeholder coalitions with governments and research institutions • High EQ and influence across diverse partners • Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness and ability to travel extensively internationally (~20-40%)
