📋 Description

• Prepare gifts for B2B partners and press kits for media and influencers • Plan and execute B2B events, from VIP parties and networking events to full-scale conference booths at ICE, SBC, and Sigma • Handle event logistics, including venue scouting, vendor management, timelines, and budgeting • Coordinate on-site execution, guest experience, and branded merchandise • Track and evaluate post-event performance and partner feedback • Support and develop brand campaigns and activations from ideation to execution • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video teams on content creation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, event management, or creative project roles • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and partner communications • Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail • Excellent project management and multitasking skills • Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach • Experience in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry is a plus • Fluent English is a must
