📋 Description

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects from end to end • Provide technical and methodological leadership for interdisciplinary teams • Coordinate all stakeholders — internal and external • Analyze requirements together with clients • Develop tailored, future-proof solutions • Proactive risk management • Develop and evolve project methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience leading SAP implementation projects — ideally with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition • Deep understanding of SAP methodologies (Activate, Fit-to-Standard, Cloud best practices) • Solid knowledge in at least one of these areas: Finance, Sales & Service, Procurement & Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Project Management • Experience working with Swiss mid-market (SME) companies • Project management certifications (e.g., SAP Activate, PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, SAFe, Scrum Master) are a plus • Excellent German and English skills
