• Keep our customers’ EHS solutions running at their best. • Collaborating directly with customers to provide tailored solutions based on their needs. • Working closely with Customer Success Manager / Customer Development Manager teams to ensure the customer is getting what has been agreed. • Communicating technical concepts clearly to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction. • Optimising existing solutions to enhance customer success. • Setting up and customizing analytical reports to meet customer requirements. • Balancing independent work with team collaboration to achieve the best results. • Managing and prioritising customer concerns and escalating them when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Experience in SQL & Java • Strong time management and organizational skills. • A highly analytical mindset to solve complex problems. • Proven technical expertise in relevant areas. • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Confidence to ask questions and seek guidance when needed to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
