📋 Description

• Lead Data & Analytics practice initiatives including Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Delivery Governance, and Capability Building • Engage with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and propose scalable Data & Analytics solutions • Drive RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, estimation, proposal creation, and client workshops • Define data transformation strategies covering Data Engineering, BI & Reporting, Cloud Analytics, AI/ML, and Governance • Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities and support business growth • Lead large-scale analytics programs and ensure successful delivery with quality and stakeholder satisfaction • Build and mentor high-performing Data & Analytics teams across technologies and domains • Provide thought leadership on modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and analytics trends • Establish best practices, reusable accelerators, frameworks, and delivery standards • Manage executive-level stakeholder communication and client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with strong exposure to Pre-Sales and Delivery Leadership • Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI/Visualization, and Cloud Analytics platforms • Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python • Experience in solutioning for enterprise analytics and digital transformation programs • Strong experience in client-facing roles including consulting, stakeholder management, and proposal management • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple engagements • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
