📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Schedulers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce. • Implement complex business logic using Flows, declarative features, and platform capabilities. • Develop custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, outbound messaging, Platform Events, and middleware tools. • Build reusable components, services, and frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices. • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and participate in code reviews. • Collaborate with solution architects to validate designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. • Enforce best practices related to code quality, maintainability, security, and deployment readiness. • Work with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps. • Ensure smooth deployments across Salesforce environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development, testing, and production phases. • Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and SMEs to understand requirements. • Convert functional specifications into robust technical designs. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives). • Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security guidelines, and performance standards. • Conduct impact analysis and recommend platform improvements. • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and propose adoption of new features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative tools. • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems. • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and platform architecture. • Experience with Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and multi-org environments. • Experience with DevOps tools, version control, and automated deployments. • Salesforce Certifications preferred: • o Platform Developer I (mandatory) • o Platform Developer II • o App Builder, JavaScript Developer I, or Integration Architect (nice-to-have)
