📋 Description

• Assess current business processes across key insurance functions • Document current-state business processes and identify governance gaps • Develop governance-focused business documentation • Facilitate business term definition workshops with stakeholders • Collaborate with business leaders and evaluate existing governance controls

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry • Strong functional knowledge of Claims Management and Policy Administration • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating business workshops • Strong expertise in business process analysis and business transformation • Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, workflows, and use cases • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
