📋 Description

• Utilize a ticketing system to manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring prompt dispatch of maintenance personnel. • Conduct regular evaluations of building maintenance needs, oversee upkeep activities, and compare pricing for services to ensure cost-effectiveness. • Work closely with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and monitoring service quality. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor agreements. • Regularly communicate with condo boards, property owners, and residents to address concerns and provide updates on maintenance issues. • Assist in creating and implementing property management strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. • Support property managers and team members as needed in day-to-day operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate maintenance and property management for condo boards or similar residential environments (Sectional Titles or HOA experience preferred). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality results. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Proficiency in property management software, ticketing systems, and Excel. • Highly responsive and proactive in addressing maintenance issues and client needs. • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. • Available to be on call every other Saturday. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance and administration. • Reliable laptop, fast fiber internet, and backup power (UPS). • Availability to work 4 pm - 12 am. • Demonstrated long-term commitment in previous roles.
